Under the Format tab you have the option to change the size of the text box.Under Format > Position > More Layout Options - Change the position to be centered on the page both vertically and horizontally. Next you will format the text box that the page number is in so the page number is positioned correctly.With the text box selected, under Format, change the text direction by rotating all text 90 degrees.Start by formatting the font to be the same size and font style as the rest of the page numbers.You will format the text and the text box to obtain a properly placed page number. This will insert a large page number inside of a text box. Under Insert - Page Number - Select Page Margin, Large Rightĥ. Under page number, select remove page number.Ĥ. On the landscape page, click in the header. This will allow the page numbers to continue consecutively without the formatting to adjust after the landscape page.ģ. Double click in the header, unlink it from previous, and ensure it continues numbering from the previous section. You will repeat those two actions in the section after the landscape page. These actions will allow you to alter the position of the number on the landscape page without affecting the previous page and keep the page number consecutive.Ģ. You will want to check that the page number for this section is formatted to 'continue from previous'. You will want to unlink it from the previous section. Double click on the header of the landscape page.
